At Little Paws Plushies, we want you to love your new cuddly companion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the plushie is in its original condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
